Terms and Conditions

  4. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
  5. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
  6. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
  7. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Privacy Ploicy

  1. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
  2. SESAM CONNECT FZC LLC will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

  5. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customer's are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Payment Policy

  1. Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments and detailed conference materials.
  2. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy

  1. You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to SESAM.
  2. For any cancellations received in writing not less than four (4) days prior to the conference, you will receive a 90% credit of the paid amount. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by SESAM for all permitted cancellations.
  3. In the event that SESAM cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid.
  4. Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
  5. SESAM is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event.
  6. SESAM shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
  7. Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, SESAM reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
  8. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment
  9. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  1. All 'Early Bird' Discounts must require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.
  2. Any discounts offered whether by SESAM must also require payment at the time of registration.
